Synergy is a small cross-platform (Linux, Mac, Win) utility which allow users to use one mouse and one keyboard across several desktop systems.
In this post I would like to show you how it’s easy to set it up on two linux machines.
On debian based machines you have to
- Install synergy on master and slaves machines – apt-get install quicksynergy
- Run quicksynergy on master and slaves
- Configure master and slaves according to the picture below
- Move mouse of your master computer on the edge of the screen selected (right on this case) and you will see the pointer move on the slave screen.
